15/05/2024We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities:- Guest relations: provide assistance as necessary to ensure positive guest experiences.
- Assist with stock take: monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed and maintain accurate records.
- Management assistance to ensure smooth operations.
- Office administration
- Assist marketing department with necessary ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Be flexible to work around various locations: assist with events or projects at different locations as required.
Requirements:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Ability to work independently, identify priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in guest relations and office administration.
- Flexibility to work in various locations as required.
