18/06/2025We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Spa Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Spa Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, provide excellent guest service, and manage desk duties as a host. Effective communication, both written and oral, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:• Assist the Spa Manager with daily operations and guest relations.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with stock take, manage inventory levels, and order supplies as needed.
• Provide office and administrative support.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required.
• Perform any other tasks related to the role or deemed necessary by the employer for the efficient running of the Spa.
Requirements:• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in guest relations and desk duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Flexibility to assist across different locations and events as required.
